I read about error 016-720 and indeed was the same font related problem, cose I got this error with a specific document, but wanted to know how to upgrade the printer firmware.

Hi everyone,

I have a Phaser 6600DN and the annoying 016-720 error mentioned elsewhere for another model, but the 6600 seems to have the same font issue.

Someone suggested to update the printer firmware, but I checked all the tabs in the 6600 web interface and haven't found any firmware update button.
Am I doing something wrong?
