Screw was already there but I put a piece of cardboard under the other side as suggested and it is working perectly now.

Hi,

Jams and clicking noise are from the Transfer Belt that is not sitting well on the chassis and is not driven properly by the drum/IBT motor.

You can try to solve by yourself installing a screw on the left side of the Tranfer Belt assy. and if on the right side is missing the metal bushing (like in the picture below), you can put a piece of paper folde so should have about 22mm so the drums cover to push the Belt against the chassis.IBT.jpg

Product Name: WorkCentre 7120/7125
Operating System: Windows 10

I changed the black toner cartridge and now the printer makes a loud clicking noise and jams up every time I print. It worked for about 10 pages and now jams every time. I have pulled it apart and even removed the fuser but there is nothing there to cause the jam. It alway jams just before going into the fuser. Anyone been throgh this that can help?
