I am attempting to ftp documents from our server to a WorkCenter 7830 printer with no success. The client gets a quick "unable to connect" error. We have done this successfully with other WorkCenter printers with no special setup required, but cannot get this one to work. Any suggestions?

It looks as if these instructions would help ftp'ing from the printer, but not necessarliy to the printer. In any case, I gave up on sending the data to the printer via ftp and used a different method to direct the data stream to the printer from the ibm i server. Thanks for your help!
