I appear to have a bad imaging unit.

Product Name: Phaser 6500
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

Based on what I've read, I appear to have a bad imaging unit in my 6500 printer. I have owned the unit for 4-5 years. Is it still possible for me to get support, and is this a warranty item? They appear to be as expensive as the printer itself. I bought two of them for my business years ago, but I don't have a customer number or order number any more so I am unable to register for mySupport.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please contact supplies 866-495-6286 (M-F, 8-8 ET) about the imaging unit and its replacement if it is defective. Supplies should also be able to help you get your customer number.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
