Thank you for using the Support Forum. Make sure you look at the paper and paper tray specifications (follow the link) for your printer.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I can't print custom paper size

Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

I bought a B230 printer specifically to print a 3x5.5 paper size. I have a Mac OS Mojave, set custom paper size to what I want but it keep getting an error that the paper is too small. I've tried everything out there - delete and re add the printer etc. Help!
