I don't have any information on what the errro codes is for, but for both issue I would suggest calling into the support center for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

I have 2 printers with 2 issues. one with error code 37,014.41:2641 and one stuck on warming up

so I have 2 printers with 2 issues. one with error code 37,014.41:2641 and one stuck on warming up.

for the fault code one i have tried finding that error but all it says is to reboot, any idea what it means?

2nd one i powered off and waiting 30 sec and powered back on but still sitting at 16% warming up.
