I need help ! Phaser 6360 preference doesn't not allow me to print colour

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I need someone to help me that my xerox phaser 6360DN PS won't able to print colour anymore. I try to reinstall the driver but it stil fail. Anyone has solution ? right now I am only able to print in black and white.
