IMPRESION BAJA DEFINICION

Product Name: xerox phaser3020
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

HOLA !  compre una laser Xerox Phaser 3020, tiene el cartucho que trajo de fábrica y veo que las impresiones no tienen buena resolucion, no llegan a ser nítidas.  La tengo configurada para la mejor resolucion y sigue imprimiendo con poca definicion.  Que puede estar ocurriendo?? Será x el cartucho original de fábrica.  La uso diariamente y desde el primer momento que imprime de esa manera. Gracias
