Identify printing user

my real problem is how to identify the PC user name in the role , i have used the PC user name, linked to the colour role, but always B/W , dunno where is the problem

please support

Doublecheck your other users roles to ensure your laptop user is not in the Black and White group. I've not heard of this not working in the past so I think it has to be a configuration error somewhere.

thanks Tony, but always while applying such steps, always getting a B/W copies, not colours

however, i have identified my laptop in color printing role

i dunno where is the problem >?

i got a Versalink C605 for my home/office , currently we are 4 laptop users , 

my questions are :

1- how to identify each user in Printer setting 

2- want to restrict some user for colour printing , however others are allowed , how to configure it ?
