Igen 3 Variable data postcards 4.25*6 2 side printing problems

When this happens you need to change the "Original Image Orientation" in the layout settings of job properties. Regardless of whether you think the original is Portrait versus Landscape changing the setting will fix your issue and place the correct variable information on side 2.

Hello

I have mailing pdf files that are 2 sides postcards sequence from 1-536. I have to print variable data 2 sides ( both side have variable information need to match ) on Igen 3

 the side is 4.25*6

I printed on 12*18 100lbs cover 8 up cut and stack , 2 sided. portrait

But the ouput come out not backup correctly . Side 2 with variable NOT match with side 1 variable.

Can somebody help me with that.

PS. I printed 11*17 4 up postcard side 5.5*8.5 came out both side perfectly match

only 12*18 with 4.25*6 postcard shave problems
