Image Shifting

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Can some one please explain image shifting on an iGen3 with the FreeFlow front end.  I tried asking Level 2, and it really wasn't  clear.  I always thought that "Tandem" meant that the images moved in the same direction.  "Mirror" meant that they moved in the opposite direction.  Tandem actually moves the images in the opposite directions, and Mirror rotates the images.
