Hi Holly!

 

To me it looks like a developer issue, try running "Clear Developer" and/or "Toner Refresh" from the "Maintenance Mode Menu".

Thank you for using the Support Forum. This may be a color registration issue.  Please take a look at the solutions for color registration and see if any of the will help.  If the color registration does not fix the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

No this texture is on all my prints no matter what I print. All the ink is full. I just did a solid color so you can see it more clearly.

Holly,

Green is made by mixing Yellow and Cyan

The image looks like there could be a cyan toner issue. What model is this?

This is a box of straight color. What on earth could be going on
