Image size is reduced in one direction

On my DC8000AP, we have been noticing an slight image reduction in the feed direction only. For instance if I have an 11x17 image printing on a 12x18 sheet, my crop marks are 11x16_15/16 when printed. The tech is saying everything is fine, but I'm not in agreement. Could this be a communication issue between the Fiery and 8000AP? Is there something I can print from the IOT that has a known measurement that I can verify?

Re: Image size is reduced in one direction

We created our own, making a grid (for instance, 1" x 1" squares) and printing that to check shrinkage.

I have done the same as well, what I am looking for is something printed directly from the IOT, bypassing the Fiery, to eliminate that as the potential problem.

I run an 8000AP as well. I see the same issue with printed size of documents.
