How can we import User Active Directory Scan to email?
Scan to email and Active directory are entirely seperate things.
What are you trying to import from?
If you are asking to setup email and active directory then you need the LDAP server settings and the SMTP server settings.
Both are entered into the device via Centreware Internet Services under:
Email: Properties > Connectivity > Setup > SMTP (Email) > Edit and don't forget the Authentication and Encryption settings
LDAP (Active Directory : Properties > Connectivity . Setup > LDAP > Edit
I can't give pointers on LDAP, that is totally on your IT person
