Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the article in online support about loading and printing to labels. If you have tried printing to Tray 1 or 2 with no success try printing to the Bypass Tray. Make sure your labels are compatible with the printer. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Poderiam me orientar de como faço para imprimir etiquetas na Versalink c7020.
Ja fiz alteraçoes conforme o manual, alteraçao de papel, bandeja, tamanho (mesmo ela identificando automatico) e mesmo assim, continua dando erro de "recursos necessários ", voltado a bandeja de impressão.
