In every other software, it will use my printer settings from my Phaser 6360 Printer. But in InDesign, I cannot figure out a way to let my Phaser printer manage my colors. Has anyone been succesful at doing that? I can do it in Photoshop and all my other programs, but not InDesign?
Thanks,
Gary
Hi Gary,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please try the following and see if this helps:
To check that the printer is doing the color management
1. Go to File/Print
2. Click on Color Management (If Acrobat click the Advanced button then look for the Color Management options there)
3. Make sure that the Color Management is set to "Printer Color Management" or "Let Printer Determine Colors" otherwise the application will try and take over all color management.
Steps may vary between application levels
If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Thanks,
