Hello kza, 

Here is an article on how to adjust the power save mode on the printer. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Inactive mode

Product Name: WorkCentre 3025
Operating System: Windows 11

The printer always go into inactive mode
Hence - 
I can't print from my computer nor scan from the workcenter unless I restrat the workcenter.
(litterly turn it off and on including printing the test paper)
must mention that before restarting the workcenter doesn't recognize the computer but afterawards it find it easily 
I checked the setup and saw that it turns into inactive mode
Do someone knows how to avoid the workceneter turns inactive?
