Hello kza,

I would recommend you check the Power Saver Mode setting. It sounds like you need to adjust it to a longer time.

Inactive mode

Product Name: WorkCentre 3025
Operating System: Windows 11

My workcenter always turn into inactive mode 
the only solutaion that I found is to turn it off and on 
but after awhile it becomes inactive again 
how can i prevent my printer from going into this mode?
