Inconsistent print speeds across different machines when mixing media

We are printing stapled sets with about 8 sheets of 8.5x11 text weight paper mixed with 2 sheets of 30up address labels.

We are printing this across 3 different Iridesse production presses.  The output speed is different on every machine.   

Printer #2 prints about twice as fast as Printer #1 and Printer #3 prints almost four times as fast.

All paper stocks involved have the same settings.  

All master settings for the printers are set to prioritzed speed/productivity.

Any ideas on why these behave differently?
