Re: Incorrect Meter for mixed jobs

bsanders,

What model of machine are we dealing with here. We want to make sure you are using the latest machine firmware as well as the print drivers. I would recommend using the PS driver for your model also.

Thank you,
Jordan

Re: Incorrect Meter for mixed jobs

Hi bsanders,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am unable to look for a solution without knowing what machine you are using.  I would suggest checking the support page for your machine to see if there is a patch or firmware upgrade available that might resolve the issue.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Incorrect Meter for mixed jobs

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I have a composed PDF that uses ordered stock for 2-part paper.  The first page of each set is a color invoice, the second page is a B&W version of the first page.  When printed separately, the color page/PDF clicks the color meter and the B&W page/PDF clicks the B&W meter.  When combined, the color meter reflects all clicks for both pages.

In a 10,000 page run, all 10,000 pages showed as color.  However, it should of been 5,000 color, 5,000 B&W.

Is there a fix for this issue or should this be SPAR'd?
