Re: Information request

"The 7120/25/30 is the latest model that only launched in 2022"

@surf rescue... For clarification...

The OP is referring to the Workcentre 71xx product, rather than the Versalink C71xx. The 71xx product was released more than 10 years ago, and there are very few still in the field. I don't know if it is EOL and no longer supported, but it wouldn't surprise me.

@Angie66... The C7020/C7025/C7030 is much newer, and I would not expect xerox to drop support any time soon.

Re: Information request

I am a little confused by your post. The 7120/25/30 is the latest model that only launched in 2022, and is still being sold. Why would they want to end service on the new model, then offer you a 7020/25/30 that is a 2018 model. Have you got the models listed the wrong way around or is the local service team trying to do a machine exchange of your C71XX model that has been having some sort of recurring problem??? With an older model they have stock of?

read the link below to see what I'm trying to say.

Information request

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hi, I'm Angela from Centro Sri Aurobindo e Mère (Savignanao sul Panaro - Modena - Italy) I wrote to you earlier about the end of your support for our Xerox Workcentre 7120 printer; given our economic situation, our supplier offered us one of these printers: Xerox C7020/C7025/C7030. I ask, if it is possible to know, if even for these types of printers, you plan to end support and with what times.
Thank you for your punctual replies, I wish you positivity.
Angela
