Replace the thermal roller and fuser on the machine; both within the last month and a half. Tech was out twice to diagnose and service. Cleaned the machine as well, The ink is dragging onto the next print job if the prior job has a large colored image. The dragged image usually appears on the back of the 2nd print job. See Photo.
Any thoughts.? At my wit's end as we have spent too much on this already; not getting the print quality we should. Thanks.
