Hi,

First be sure to have a correct setup of paper type and weight in print driver and at the machine paper tray.

If this not solve your issue replace with original toner. Of course you need to print more pages until the improper toner will goes off, otherwise you will need a tech to clean the toner dispensers path and to replace the developer materials.

Ink Transfer & Print Roller Issues

Product Name: VersaLink C7000 Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

Our office recently puchased the Versalink C7000 to use for printing posters and flyers. We are a Graphic Design shop so we print quite often throughout the week. When printing, we noticed that the ink isn't fully being transfered to some of the pages (see image attached.) We are not sure if this is a transfer roller issue or an ink brand issue. We are using an off-brand ink, but will switch back if that seems to be the issue.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this issue?
