Hello Alan,

That strange that it mostly happens on things printing from the Web. I did find some settings you can adjust for the issue, you can give these a try to see if it helps resolves it for you.

Ink not drying properly

Product Name: WorkCentre 6025
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Intermittantly, the ink appears not to dry properly, especially on the RHS of the paper. The results are (a) the ink smudges and wipes off of the paper and (b) ink is left on the roller and ghost images are printed on the paper, i.e., text from the top of the page is reprinted and overprinted on text lower on the page. Does anyone know what causes this and whether it can be cured.

It seems to happen most when my wife prints over wi-fi from her HP Pavilion laptop, directly from her Chrome browser. Curiously, if, instead of printing directly, she saves the file to a pdf then opens and prints this, the problem usually does not happen.
