Inserting Separator Page for 4110

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am printing 11x17 size to trays 3 and 4 and want to insert a separator page every 50 sheets from the bypass (tray 5). I have tried normal and secure print and neither works. I used separator values of 50,100,150, etc. up to 950 and then entered quantity of 1,000 to print. What am I missing?
