Intermittent toner error 092-319

Product Name: VersalinkC600
Operating System: Windows 7

I purchased the Versalink C600 16 months ago. It has been fine until last week when the error message 092-319 appearerd (problem with magenta toner or it's imaging unit). The toner is new, the imaging unit seems fine and after removing and replacing both a few times the printer started working again. Then I had an error regarding the yellow toner, which seemed to resolve itself. Also had a couple of error messages regarding a paper jam when there wasn't one which again resolved by just removing the paper tray and replacing it.

It is very frustrating getting these intermittant error messages which seem to resolve themselves by no obvious reason. Sometimes fiddling with the drums seems to help, I have even replaced the waste cartridge which appeared to help too. Has anyone else had these problems? It puts me off buying Xerox again.

Hi,

Clean the CTD sensors (behind the machine, under the transfer belt).
