hello, when you press the Interrupt button on the user interface, your 7775 will interrupt the job currently being procssed (copy OR print) to allow a user to make a copy. if the current job is one set of a 100 page print job for example, the machine considers it one job and will not interrupt. if it is set 4 of 100 of a print or copy job, the machine will interrupt after the current set, and allow a user to make copies. I hope this makes sense.
We have been using our WorkCentre 7775 to print some large jobs. Other users have been sending print jobs that then pile up in the queue. We have been trying (unsuccessfully) to use the interrupt feature to print those jobs that are holding. Calls in to the help line and our service tech have been no help. Is this even possible? When you interrupt a job, the machine will only let you make new copies during that time. Anything in the pending jobs menu will not promote or print until the interrupted job is complete or deleted.
