I need the file that won't print, to see what is wrong with it, I would assume the font isn't correctly embedded, and that would be solved at the design level, or possibly as simply as saving it as a pdf/x.
It isn't possible to have a font problem by using "print as image". So if you can't attach the file or host it somewhere you can link to, that will be your only choice

1. Attach the file to your post (or a link to it) and I will see what I can do.
2. Save as PDF and print using print as image if it still won't work

i am having issues with users trying to print Montserrat font, it seems to only print blank pages.
at first i thought maybe the printer doesn't have the font installed, so i got the Xerox Font Management Utility and injected the font into the printer.
Now they get a error message instead of a blank page (invaildFont).
i have already tried the following:
- Changing the settings in Printer Preferences for TrueType Font to Download as softfont.
