We recommend you call into support at 1-800-835-6100.

What is needed is to validate the meter status of the device against the part numbers of the cartridges used.

These devices can also be converted if needed, though that may require service.

Invalid Toner " message"

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
I've got a xerox 6505N I bought one years ago - only put 1,000 sheets through it so far. I'm getting "Invalid Toner" message with ANY new toner cartridge - in any of the CMYK slots. I've used genuine toner and compatible toner in the past. Now the printer is rejecting any toner I try to use - genuine or aftermarket.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
