Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at  Fault Code 09-800: Incompatible Toner Cartridge Fault. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Descrizione :09-800 The machine has detected an invalid Print Cartridge. User intervention is required to remove the existing cartridge and to install a valid Print Cartridge. Printing has stopped, all other machine services(if installed) are unaffected.

Good Evening. 

I' have this problem  : printer doesn't work . Display says : invalid Toner, but toner is genuine.
