We have our printers managed through the Xerox Fleet Management portal. I have ordered supplies for a Phaser 6600 and 3320. Both are registering Invalid Toner or Invalid Print Cart. What is the cause of this? Regions? I would have thought Xerox would know my region and what not since the portal is managing the pritner and has the serial number recorded.
