what joe is saying is that you need to physically go to the printer, select job status, then job details on your held for resources job... This will tell you if the job, for some reason or another, is looking for a paper type that isnt loaded in the printer and what size of paper its looking for.

I have decided to reinstal the Xerox Driver that one is Xerox Workcentre 5330 PCL 6. Also I have feeded all of the printer trays with paper, I have attached some pictures because the situation still persist!
May you guidance me what else what can I do please? Because this user is the only unable to printing out because that error message!
May you let me know what additional steps could I do about this matter please!
You need to go to the printer to find out what it is looking for specifically.
Then work your way back in the driver to find out where that is.
I'd just reinstall the driver and this time make sure Bi-Directional is functioning, because my guess is that it isn't configured for the actual printer model
