You are my savour! I updated the driver (the one I had was installed by the webpage of my printer itself) and then tried both DL & C5 Envelopes and they both printed perfectly. The printer properties also look as your screen shots do.
Thank you very much for your help with this.

No idea why the type is greyed out on yours, replace it with this driver
Thanks @Joe053204-hcl
The paper type is already set to envelope. If I click on 'Paper', the only options I can click on are 'Other Size' and 'Select By Tray'. If I select 'Other size' then 'Change Document Size' I could choose other sizes and types. As you can see it is already on 'DL (envelope)' which is what Word has selected as well as the printer.
I have no option to select the type as Envelope or colour as they are greyed out.
Again, thank you for yoru help with this.
Select the paper entry in screenshot 2 and define the type as an Envelope
Hi @JJoe053204-hcl thank you so much for your assistance.
I have looked where you suggest and while they are not exactly the same look as yours, I beleive they are the same thing in essance. Do you agree? Now these are not what I have adjusted it to, this is what it was and still is.
Then the printer settings/properties for it are:
Any ideas?
Cheers

The job from Word is stating a DL size on plain paper, the printer is stating a DL envelope size and envelope stock.
So do this:
Then make certain the driver states it is Envelope paper, not plain
Hi all,
I am havign issues printing on a DL Envelope. I am using Microsoft Word which has been told the paper size is DL envelope. When I load the DL envelope into Tray one, the printer asks me what I added, so I tell it a DL Envelope (screen shot at the bottom). When I print though the printer refuses to print and asks me to load a DL Envelope into Tray One. If you look at the below images, it does show what it wants and what I have told it is loaded, yet it still refuses to print.
I don't suppose anybody here has seen this before and knows what I have done wrong or how I can fix this? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
