Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the support article Unable to Print from Sleep Mode, from the online support for your printer.  You have tried the first 2 steps but try steps 3-5 to see if that will fix your issue.  If this article does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Issue with printing after sleep

Product Name: Xerox B235 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi everyone , 

I currently have 2 offices with Xerox B235 one of them is working perfectly no matter how long it stays IDLE the moment someone from that office tries to print it starts printing . We got another one for another office and even tho the settings seem the same between the 2 the moment it falls asleep it cant print from any PC . I have ping to the printer itself , i can enter the web managment and even if i wake up the printer from the button so on the web it says its READY still i cant print from the PC it just says Error on the print page or that the printer is offline . If i do a full restart of the printer this issue is fixed untill the next time it falls asleep after being IDLE .From th epower managmnet the Hibernate Timeout and Timeout on connection are DISABLED , and the sleep mode is at 120 minutes i cant disable the sleep mode . Print from sleep mode is at : Enter sleep mode after printing . It is possible to be some settin in the network menu but i'm not sure which one would cause such state of unresponcivness .
