Issues with Paper Jam Error Code 89,102 [R3M3]

Product Name: ColorQube 8580DN
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello all,

I have spent quite abit of time searching how to solve this problem.

Symptoms:

When a print job is sent or even when the machine is trying to do a paper jam, cleaning job, the printer displays the error: "Paper Jam - open front door A to clear". I proceed to open the door A, checked for any debris. 
Then I get the error "Paper jam - Remove Tray 2 to clear". After that, I remove the tray, check the paper and readjust the length and width paper edge guides accordingly.

Then it shows the error "Paper Jam - open front door A to clear" again.

Error Code in all of the error displays: 89,102 [R3M3]

 

What I have done:

Clear the Paper Jam From the Exit Cover, Front Cover, and Paper Trays:

Clear Paper Scraps or Debris From the Pre-heater:

and

Clean the Printer and Paper Trays Feed Rollers

Hello Megaman,

I cannot find that exact code, but I found a similar one that is 89,572Media Path Motor / Wiring Fault. The only suggestion is power off/on and if that doesn't work call Support for a Service Call.
