Issues with WC 7225 drivers for Win XP

ok, framework is not needed then? or maybe that xml pack is part of the framework?

Hi rodo_311,

Remove any installed unworking printers (I would suggest rebooting after)

Then go here and grab and install the package, then reinstall the driver and all should be well.

do you get the message "test page failed to print" ?

if yes, then  you need to install the microsoft framework , 2.0 or 3.5 , not sure anymore witch one was needed :)

I have 2 PCs with XP and I tried to install the driver for it but when I print a test page or any document it always appear an Error Message. I already installed PS, PCL 6 and PCL 5 but didnt work. Also I tried with a 7120 drivers (PS, PCL6 and PCL 5) but it didnt make any difference. I know that Win XP is outdated and it lacks of support, the 2 devices have Service Pack 3. The extrange thing its that I had install the driver of the WC 7225 in others PCs with Win XP Service Pack 3 (32 bits) and its working ok. What should I do in that case?
