Issues with blue toner and printing black

Damm even I am having a similar kind of issue, I have searched all over the internet and even have posted on number of threads on different forum, no solution seems to work. I am really frustrated, can anyone of you here help me resolve this issue, I am very much tired now.

I also had the same issue and i called service. They sent two service personnel and fixed it. You can do the same.

So i bought this printer today which was sold as working fine. but after getting home have tried printing and the blue ink seems to be hvaing issues, it shows the ink as full on all inks. Theres also an issue when i print with black i have attached pictures and hopefully someone can help me resolve the issues
