We purchased a Xerox B205 laser printer in June 2020. We are using this with an IMAC running latest version of Catalina. The install disc that came with the machine was of no use as it was made for Windows only. With some help from a phone support, tracked down the drivers and installed.
Recently the machine began printing many pages of gibberish, which happened originally and we were told we needed the drivers.
Re-installed printer drivers again, solved issue. A while later, same issue, re-installed drivers again this time the ICDM.pkg.
Problem solved again.
Why is it I have to keep re-installing drivers? We like the machine, but this is becoming tedious to waste paper trying to print what we wish.

Hi rkm3,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Not sure why this is a continuing issue for you. Please uninstall the printer completely. Reboot your Mac and then re-install the printer. If the problem continues contact support again and ask to speak with someone in second level support.
Hi,
We were having a similar issue - we reinstalled xerox printer and drivers several times, the printer only printed windings-like mess.
you musn't use AirPrint, apparently this was the cuplrit. make sure of this during driver installation, as per xerox manual video on youtube
