Jam E1-2

Product Name: Phaser 5550
Operating System: Not Applicable

This printer is well out of warranty and rather than scrap it, I'm trying to restore it for occasional use in my office (11x17 is nice to have).  I've tried to print the menu map three times and each time it jams at E1-2 - right before it hits the fuser and the toner is still not affixed to the page.  Because it's failed three times identically, I suspect a part needs to be cleaned/cleared/replaced.  As near as I can tell, there is nothing jammed there (paper remnant, etc), so I was hoping someone could provide some tips and/or part numbers I could potentially replace to get this working again?
