Jam cannot be cleared

Actually, I was able to tease it out of the exit tray with a curved kelly clamp (surgical instrument).  It's printing fine now.

Glad I'm able to save the money on the service call.

If you have tried all these steps  and still can't clear the jam, you may need a Service Engineer to come to remove the jam.

I have a jam that cannot be cleared by your directed method.  Code 077-900.

Removed paper tray - nothing jammed accessible there.

Opened back door and lifted green levers, which gives me access to ...
Nothing.

I can see a sliver of the paper at the exit tray, but no way to access it.

What's my next move?
