That really stinks. It will cost me $299+ to have a tech do that. That's nearly the cost of a replacement!

This panel is not customer removable, and we cannot recommend poking anything through there to attempt to unjam the machine, as the transfer belt is right there, and poking it would result in internal damage and repeating defects on future output.

Jammed paper in rear upper part of the WorkCentre 6027 printer

My printer has jammed paper in the reat upper part. I can see the paper through the grid of the plastic casing part. How to remove the printer plastic cover panels without damage to get to the jammed paper. I searched WorkCente 6027 Service Manual however a guide or procedure for removing printer plastic cover panels is not there. Where to find this information?
