Our B215 is jamming when double sided printing is selected. It makes a loud crunching/paper getting stuck noise and then the paper gets stuck inside. I have checked the type of paper, the settings on the printer and the settings on the driver are all correct. Any guidance on anything further to do or how to througherly clean the inside incase the sensor is damaged etc?
