Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for jam in from tray 1 and see if any of the tips or solutions will help.  If you continue to have jams try another ream of paper.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Jams after closing bypass tray: Xerox Phaser 3600

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have been using the bypass tray to print labels, which works fine. However after closing the bypass tray, the next time we go to print on regular paper from tray 1, we experience a jam.  We are also experiencing jams when the paper level is on the low side from tray 1.  Any suggestions?
