Jams at imaging drum

Thanks for the replies. :P a new drum did not fix. Thinking the registration roller maybe? Anyone have any idea or instructions?

Hi,

Definitely it is not from the drum cartridge. It could be from one of the two clutches (registration or takeaway).

Thank you for using the Support Forum. This machine is over 16 years old so I don't have much information.  I would suggest you refer to the User Guide for information on paper jams, paper specifications and machine cleaning procedures.

Him just picked up a used workcentre pro 123 unit. This unit jams when the paper hits the drum each print from the mpf and the trays. Would a new drum. Likely fix this issue?
