Job completed but sheets is not printing

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi everybody

When we send a page to the printer, the blue light is on and the sound is heard, but the page is not printed. I did a software update. I installed the latest drivers but the result is still the same. I am using PCL driver. The process appears to have been completed, but it says 0 pages completed. The screen looks like below. can you help me?
