We have issue on C8045 with macOS 10.15. The job got deleted saying invalid account ids. The same ID can be printed under macOS 10.13 or 14. The drive we are using is 5.3.0.
I searched the Knowledge-base for your device and jobs deleting because of invalid ID and found this solution that may help you.
