Re: Job owner unknow on Windows - How do I add usernames?

The fix is the driver port, switch from RAW to LPR to get the logged in name instead of unknown.

The test page in your screenshot shows unknown as well so I'm not sure what you meant in your 2nd sentence.

The printer doesn't decide what to show, neither does the driver. The port does.

And a Fiery should never use RAW, although  your screenshot isn't a Fiery anyway.

Start > Control panel > Devices and Printers

Right-click the printer and go to Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port

Queue name is lp for a printer, if you do have the Fiery it will be print or hold dependant on what you want it to do

Job owner unknow on Windows - How do I add usernames?

Product Name: Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Our office moved to a new location and we had Xerox professional move our printers, but now when I look at the job history on my color 550 it says the job owner is unknown. If I do a printer test page it shows my username, but the printer is not keeping it in the system. I feel like this should be an easy fix but I'm not finding the solution.Job_Owner_UNKNOWNJob_Owner_UNKNOWN
