Worked - thank you!
Hey!
As Rui said.
I've seen this on several devices and on the 7120 you only need to wipe the queue by restarting the machine properly. :)
Hi maryd,
I am not familiar with this behaviour on this device. It might have been a one-off error. You can upplug the power cord from the socket for a minimum of 10min. This should allow time for the device to reset all volatile memory.
Regards,
I sent a job to the printer and then tried to delete it at the printer before it printed. Unfortunately, it printed just as I hit the delete button. Now it's stuck trying to print a job that doesn't exist. The Print Job information has to constantly be closed before I can move to the services window. Pressing delete doesn't do anything; pressing Stop, Clear all or the cancel button doesn't do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks much,
Mary
