Thanks alot, I will try this. Is it then correct that code 44-941 and 44-940 are the same as the 45-941 and 45-940 errors I got?

This is the webpage that details the error. It's a communication board error in the yellow/magenta halftone board. The link walks you through powering off with the "red power" switch. 

if thus won't work call for service to come onsite and fix.

Keep getting same error code

Product Name: Xerox Iridesse Production Press
Operating System: Not Specified

Paper jam different places in the press, but keep getting error code 45-941 and 45-940. Support tells us to restart system and press completly, but error keeps coming back. Tried to search the internet to see what these codes means, but no info at all. Any suggestion on what may be wrong?
