If its not showing up in the queue on the machine it's probably on the print spooler on one of the computers, if you do have a print server, check the printer queue and delete the job there if necessery.
If you do not have a print server, it could be on one of the clients.

Is there a way to kill all jobs that are currently being sent to a WorkCentre 7556? I have an unusually large pdf file that was sent to one of our WC 7556s. The document is causing a lot of printing issues due to its size. The job itself is not showing up in its web site queue or the Job Status area of the copier itself. Is there a way to ensure any job that is currently in the machine is killed?
